Whether as part of a celebration with loved ones or to wind down after a gig, Gary has acquired a taste for wine over the years. Founded in 2021, the brand has achieved remarkable success with a portfolio of 8 wines. My passion for wine has developed over the years. I am lucky enough to have travelled South Africa and discovered many different wine cultures; these experiences have formed the foundations of the wines I have created- Gary Barlow

This wine is the result of blending the best grapes harvested from older, dry-farmed Tempranillo and Syrah vines in Castille. The vineyards vary between 30-40 years old and dry grown for maximum concentration and flavour, the grapes are machine harvested at night to preserve their fresh characteristics.

The Organic Grapes are picked at night and in the early morning hours and shipped quickly to a state-of-the-art winery for destalking, light crushing and fermentation under temperature control in stainless steel. Maceration lasts for 8-10 days to achieve a perfectly balanced style without excessive extraction. No oak is used to achieve a pure expression of the combination of Tempranillo and Syrah.
