Regional Information
Ancient terraces called Costieres dating from the Pliocene with a geological structure of red marls, sands, gravels, and molasses with limestone slabs facing the pond of Thau and the Mediterranean sea. |
Vinification Details
Grapes harvested at full maturity and selected by parcel. Selection of drained juice after undergoing pneumatic pressure. A few hours of skin maceration. Thermal – regulated fermentation at 16°C. No malolactic fermentation. |
